Kamaole Beach Royale (KBR) is perfectly located so that you can watch the sunset over the Pacific Ocean every evening (don't forget the moon).  You will have ocean views from the lanai and living room and also a view of Mount Haleakala from the bedroom.  The rooftop garden area on the 7th floor has panoramic ocean views, including Kahoolawe, Molokini, and Lanai.  The rooftop is perfect for BBQ, whale watching, and watching the sun set.  The pool area is surrounded by lush gardens and is a good place to cool off or sunbathe.  The condo itself comes fully equipped (see below) including free high-speed internet.
