- Cancellations: Deposit
refundable with 45 days written notice less $150 service charge,
otherwise $300 deposit forfeited.
- Full payment must be received 45 days prior
to arrival, or reservation will be cancelled and deposit forfeited.
- All payments forfeited if cancellation
occurs within 10 days of arrival and condo is not re-rented.
- 10% discount on 30-day stay or longer.
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
